Η Τσέλσι κατέκτησε το έκτο της πρωτάθλημα και οι παίκτες της πανηγύρισαν σαν τρελοί μετά τη λήξη της αναμέτρησης με τη Γουέστ Μπρομ. Ξέσπασε ο Αντόνιο Κόντε στο γκολ του Μπατσουαγί, τον πέταξαν στον αέρα οι "μπλε". (videos)

Νίκησε με 1-0 τη Γουέστ Μπρομ και στέφθηκε πρωταθλήτρια Αγγλίας για έκτη φορά στην ιστορία της και για πέμπτη στην Premier League. Ο Μιτσί Μπατσουαγί πέτυχε το μοναδικό γκολ της αναμέτρησης για την 37η αγωνιστική και ο τεχνικός των "μπλε" πανηγύρισε έξαλλα το τέρμα του Βέλγου.
