Ο Λοράν Μπλαν αποφάσισε να μην συνεχίσει στο πάγκο της εθνικής Γαλλίας όπως αναφέρει η L'Equipe. Φαβορί για αντικαταστάτης ο Ντιντιέ Ντεσάμπ.

Σύμφωνα με όσα αναφέρει η L'Equipe, ο Λοράν Μπλαν αποφάσισε να μην δεχθεί να ανανεώσει το συμβόλαιό του με τη γαλλική ομοσπονδία για τα επόμενα 2 χρόνια.

Το φαβορί πλέον να διαδεχθεί τον 46χρονο τεχνικό είναι ο πρώην τεχνικός της Μαρσέιγ, Ντιντιέ Ντεσάμπ.

Όσον αφορά στην τύχη του Λοράν Μπλαν, τα σενάρια των θέλουν να καταλήγει στον πάγκο είτε της Τότεναμ είτε της Ίντερ.
