Η σύζυγος και ο γιος του Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha έφτασαν στο γήπεδο της Λέστερ για να αποτίσουν φόρο τιμής, μαζί με χιλιάδες οπαδούς, στον αδικοχαμένο ιδιοκτήτη των "αλεπούδων".
Μάλιστα, το μεσημέρι της Δευτέρας η συγκίνηση χτύπησε κόκκινο, όταν η σύζυγός του Aimon και ο γιος του Aiyawatt έφτασαν από την Ταϊλάνδη στην Αγγλία και βρέθηκαν έξω από το "King Power Stadium" για να αποτίσουν φόρο τιμής στον αγαπημένο τους άνθρωπο.
Τόσο η σύζυγος του Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha όσο και γιος του, που αναμένεται να τον διαδεχτεί στην ηγεσία του συλλόγου, δεν μπορούσαν να κρύψουν τα δάκρυά τους, την ώρα που κατέθεταν στεφάνι, σε ένα μερος που έχει γεμίσει από λουλούδια, ποδοσφαιρικές φανέλες και κασκόλ.
Στο ίδιο μέρος ο κόσμος προσεύχεται για την ανάπαυση της ψυχής του αδικοχαμένου ιδιοκτήτη μπροστά από ένα πορτραίτο που έχει τοποθετηθεί για αυτό το λόγο, ενώ αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως μέχρι και ο Πρίγκιπας Ουίλιαμ έκανε ειδική αναφορά σε αυτόν:
"Ήμουν τυχερός που γνώριζα τον Vichai για τόσα πολλά χρόνια. Ήταν ένας επιχειρηματίας με δυνατές αξίες που ήταν αφοσιωμένος στην οικογένειά του και υποστήριζε πάρα πολλές φιλανθρωπικές δράσεις. Έδωσε πάρα πολλά στον κόσμο του ποδοσφαίρου".
