Ο Πεπ Γκουαρδιόλα είχε ζητήσει απ' τους παίκτες του ένα γρήγορο γκολ στη ρεβάνς με τη Λίβερπουλ και αυτό έγινε πραγματικότητα, καθώς στο 2ο λεπτό άνοιξε το σκορ για τους "πολίτες" ο Γκαμπριέλ Ζεζούς.
