Ο Αντρές Ινιέστα ρωτήθηκε για τέσσερις συμπαίκτες, έναν από κάθε θέση, που θα ήθελε να είχε και επέλεξε τέσσερις θρύλους του ποδοσφαίρου, δύο εκ των οποίων έπαιξαν και στη Ρεάλ!

Ο Αντρές Ινιέστα κλήθηκε να επιλέξει τέσσερις θρύλους του ποδοσφαίρου που θα ήθελε για συμπαίκτες και απάντησε με δύο ποδοσφαιριστές που αγωνίστηκαν στην Μπαρτσελόνα αλλά και στη Ρεάλ και δύο που δεν βρέθηκαν ποτέ τους στην Ισπανία.

Για τη θέση του τερματοφύλακα επέλεξε τον Πέτερ Σμάιχελ με την τεράστια καριέρα στη Μάντσεστερ Γιουνάιτεντ, ενώ για την άμυνα τον ηγέτη της Μίλαν, Πάολο Μαλντίνι. Στο κέντρο θα ήθελε ένα κορυφαίο στέλεχος της Dream Team του Γιόχαν Κρόιφ, τον Μίκαελ Λάουντρουπ, που το 1994-1996 έπαιξε στη Ρεάλ, ενώ για την κορυφή της επίθεσης ονειρεύεται τον Ρονάλντο, παρότι έπαιξε μόλις μία σεζόν στην Μπαρτσελόνα, το 1996-1997, τη σεζόν που πήγε και ο Ινιέστα στις ακαδημίες των Καταλανών.

"Για τερματοφύλακα, θα έλεγα τον Πέτερ Σμάιχελ, επειδή νομίζω είναι ένας από τους καλύτερους τερματοφύλακες όλων των εποχών. Όταν ήμουν μικρότερος, πάντα μου τραβούσε την προσοχή ως τερματοφύλακας λόγω των επεμβάσεών του, λόγω της δύναμής τους, λόγω όλων γενικά. Είναι ένας από τους τερματοφύλακες που θα ήθελα να παίξουμε μαζί".

"Στην άμυνα, θα έλεγα τον Πάολο Μαλντίνι, για όλα όσα ήταν ως παίκτης για την εθνική ομάδακ αι τον σύλλογο που ήταν καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της καριέρας του. Για τους τίτλους που κατέκτησε και για τον τρόπο που ακολουθούσε. Είναι ένας παίκτης με τον οποίο θα ήθελα να μοιράζομαι τα αποδυτήρια".

"Από την επίθεση, θα μου άρεσε να έχω παίξει με τον Ρονάλντο, γιατί τον θεωρώ έναν από τους καλύτερους επιθετικούς στον κόσμο, ένας από τους καλύτερους ποδοσφαιριστές στον κόσμο. Το 1996, όταν αγωνίστηκε στην Μπαρτσελόνα, ήταν η χρονιά που πήγα επίσης εγώ στην Μπαρτσελόνα, οπότε μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση εκείνη τη σεζόν. Έκανε εντύπωση και σε όλους. Κατέκτησε τόσα πράγματα και έκανε τη διαφορά σε κάθε ομάδα που αγωνίστηκε".
