Ο Σέρτζιο Κονσεϊσάο, εξελέγη ως ο κορυφαίος προπονητής στην Πορτογαλία για τη σεζόν 2017-18. Κατόρθωσε να οδηγήσει τους "δράκους" στον τίτλο.

Ο Σέρτζιο Κονσεϊσάο, εξελέγη ως ο καλύτερος προπονητής στην Πορτογαλία για την σεζόν 2017-18. Ο άλλοτε άσος του ΠΑΟΚ, κατόρθωσε να οδηγήσει τους "δράκους" στον τίτλο, κάτι που είχε να συμβεί τέσσερα χρόνια.

Ο Πορτογάλος προπονητής επικράτησε του Αμπελ Φερέιρα (Μπράγκα) και του Πέπε (Τοντέλα), που ήταν επίσης υποψήφιοι για το βραβείο του καλύτερου κόουτς της χρονιάς.
